Tool can be powered by an 18 Volt Lithium-Ion slide style battery assures fastest charge time, more working time and minimal sitting time on the charger. Trimmer featuring Star Protection Computer Controls™, allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time. This Star Protection communication technology also monitors condition while in use to safeguard against over-loading, over-discharging and over-heating. Compact and ergonomic trimmer features rubberized soft grip to offer increased comfort on the job. It assures lower noise level at only 87 dBA for operator comfort. The Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™) is engineered to enhance a trimmer operation in harsh conditions by offering increased resistance water and dust.
